To be assured the equipment you need will be available, reserve it early. If your event is in a peak wedding month, like June (busy times for rental centers), you may have to reserve some equipment several months ahead. To help you in pre-planning for your next tent event, the following is a good rule of thumb for the appropriate size space you will need for under your tent. Remember; add all of your totals together to get total square footage needed.
